Every month we roast a new single origin — but this time we switched things up and went with a blend (and we’re glad we did).
April’s Special (please excuse the lame name) is actually quite special. It’s a light–medium roast that’s a well-balanced mix of flavour. Smooth malt, a little cinnamon spice, and a juicy, rounded finish.
This coffee is great black – we’ve really enjoyed it as pour over. Or, if you prefer milk, a little goes a long way here (swap your latte for a piccolo).
So here it is. A limited edition blend for April only (or until it’s gone).
