How long does it take for my online order to be delivered?
Orders to non-rural addresses will take between 2-3 business days to be delivered. Add another 1-2 business days for rural deliveries. Please note: Public holidays can cause delays.
Can I track my online order?
Yes. Tracking information will be emailed to you.
What do I do if I am not happy with my order?
Get in touch! We are more than happy to fix any issues that you have with your order.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return and refund.

Coffee subscriptions
How do I change my subscription?
Log in to your account at rileycoffee.co.nz to make changes to your subscription. If you have any trouble, just contact us.
How do I cancel by subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at rileycoffee.co.nz. If you have any trouble, just contact us.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged every time your subscription is processed for a coffee order to be sent out. For example, your credit card will be charged when you initially set up your subscription and your first order is sent out. If you set your subscription to monthly, your credit card will be charged every month until the end of the subscription.
When does the subscription end?
For Ongoing subscriptions, it ends when you cancel it. You can cancel it at any time.
For Fixed subscriptions, it will end after six deliveries.
Can I choose a different coffee?
Yes. You can choose any of our coffees for your subscription. To change your subscription, login to your account at rileycoffee.co.nz. If you have any trouble, just contact us.

Which coffee blend should I get?
It's a hard choice. Each of our blends as a description of the flavour on the coffee shop page. Have a read of these. If you're still note sure, drop us a quick note of what flavour you prefer and how you are making it.
Can you do a different grind?
Yes. Your coffee is ground to order. Just tell us what you need in your order notes.

How do I access my account?
To access your account at rileycoffee.co.nz, click on the account (person) icon in the top righthand corner of the website. This will take you to the login page where you can enter your details.
What do I do if I can't login?
If you're having trouble logging in, you can try the 'forgot my password' function. Remember to use the email that you placed your order with. Please note: It is not compulsory to create an account in order to purchase from our store so you may have not created an account.
