Our latest single origin pick is from the highlands of Peru — and it’s a real treat.
Expect smooth, rich flavours of roasted nuts, cocoa, burnt caramel, and a deep, marmalade-like sweetness. There’s a gentle zestiness too — the kind of cup that surprises you in the best way.
This one’s perfect brewed black with a soft/manual method like pour over, Chemex, or French Press. For best results, grind just before brewing and skip the milk to really taste what makes it special.
