Cancellation policy
When you purchase a subscription product you will receive repeat deliveries. You can choose from an Ongoing Subscription that continues until you cancel it, or a Fixed Subscription that is for six deliveries only. You can change the settings of your subscription by logging in to your account on rileycoffee.co.nz.
ONGOING SUBSCRIPTION
You can set up an ongoing subscription by choosing the coffee product that you wish to purchase in either the Shop page or the Subscriptions page. If you are on the Subscriptions page, select from the Ongoing subscriptions rather than the Fixed subscriptions.
Once you have selected the coffee product and have navigated to the coffee product's page, you will select the product size, the grind (whole bean, plunger, espresso), the subscription option, and then the frequency. The frequency can be set at weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Once the subscription is set up, you can change the frequency at any time to any number of days by logging into your account.
After you have selected the options, add the product to your cart and checkout as usual. When you checkout, your credit card will be charged for one delivery. Your credit card will be charged again based on the frequency you selected.
You will receive email notifications before your subscription is due. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time by clicking on the link in these emails and logging into your account.

FIXED SUBSCRIPTIONS
Fixed subscriptions work in the same way as Ongoing subscriptions but are for six deliveries only.
To set up a Fixed subscription, navigate to the Subscriptions page and then the Fixed subscriptions section. Select the Fixed subscriptions coffee product that you wish to purchase.
Once you have selected the coffee product and have navigated to the coffee product's page, you will select the product size, the grind (whole bean, plunger, espresso), the subscription option, and then the frequency. PAYMENT DETAILS
Your payment details will be stored securely. We can make changes to your subscription but we can't view your payment details.
