Can I amend/cancel my order?

Yes, if you need to cancel your order for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note: we can’t amend/cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

 

Can I return my order?

Yes, some orders can be returned. If you are not happy with your order for whatever reason, please contact us within 7 days and we will do what we can to find a solution for you. To start a return or for more information, you can contact us at  coffee@rileycoffee.co.nz.
