This single origin for October is from a cooperative in Honduras. The co-op began way back in 1994 to help local families that knew how to grow coffee but didn’t have the more modern facilities to process it or the expertise to export it. The co-op provides things like expertise, processing facilities, marketing, and sales.
This coffee is clean and sweet. The star of the show is a smooth and warming golden syrup flavour, delish black or with a little milk.
