Every month we roast a different single origin, and this month we're heading to Tanzania.
This coffee has a rich, chocolate base but the star of the show is its unique berry, plum, almost wine-like flavour. Sweet and complex, the Tanzanian is a stand-out single origin.
Just a note on flavour notes – these flavours are the closest way to describe what the coffee naturally tastes like. Just like people describe wine as tasting like cherries or chocolate, coffee has its own natural flavour spectrum depending on where it's grown, how it's processed and how it's roasted.
One sip and you might notice the berry sweetness. Another might remind you of smooth chocolate. As it cools, these flavours might standout more or you might notice something new.
