How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use an overnight courier service, but the delivery time will depend on when you place your order and where you live. Orders placed in the morning/before midday are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed in the afternoon/after midday are dispatched on the following day. Lastly, if you live in an urban/non-rural area, your order will arrive overnight/the day after it is dispatched. If you live in a rural area, your order will arrive in 2-3 days. 

 

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order doesn’t arrive on time, please contact us and we will contact the courier company.

 

Can the courier deliver to a tricky location?

The courier can deliver to most places – even with tricky access, gate codes etc. Please provide us with as much information as possible so we can provide the courier with delivery instructions.
