So, what's this one like?
This coffee has a rich, chocolate base but the star of the show is its unique berry, plum, almost wine-like flavour. Sweet and complex, the Tanzanian is a stand-out single origin.
Just a note – before you think, "Hang on... there's definitely no berries in my coffee"...
Those flavour notes aren't added in. They're just the closest way to describe what the coffee naturally tastes like. Just like people describe wine as tasting like cherries or chocolate, coffee has its own natural flavour spectrum depending on where it's grown, how it's processed and how it's roasted.
One sip and you might notice the berry sweetness. Another might remind you of black tea. As it cools, you could other different flavours – everyone’s palate is a little different.
